This peaceful retreat is in Mesa del Mar, on one of the upper floors of a 12-story building. It accommodates 2 guests and features 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed, 1 spacious bathroom, and a living-dining room with spectacular views. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. If you need to work or stay connected, there's Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. Towels and bed linen are included. The building has an elevator and accessible entrance. Please note that parking is free public street parking (not a private or reserved space), with plenty of availability in the area. Just steps away is Playa de la Arena—a volcanic sand beach in a natural area with beautiful views of Teide. There's a natural pool across the parking area, with sun deck and showers. A coastal path leads to "El Pris," a small village where you can enjoy local seafood. There's also a bus stop near the parking area if you prefer not to drive. To respect neighbors, smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed inside the property. Come, relax, take a deep breath... and let the Atlantic breeze do the rest.
